What we collect

When you submit our "Get My Buyer Plan" form we collect the information you provide: name, email, optional phone number, preferred contact method, and details about your home search (timeline, budget, target counties, priorities, free-text notes).

How we use it

We use this information solely to send you the personalized buyer plan you requested and, only if you explicitly opt in to the monthly market update, to send that monthly email.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not enroll you in third-party marketing programs.
• We do not run ad-targeting cookies. The site itself uses no third-party tracking pixels.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not currently set first-party tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future (e.g., Plausible, Fathom, or self-hosted Cloudflare Web Analytics), this page will be updated.

Third-party form processing

Our contact form is processed by Netlify Forms. Their privacy practices apply to data submitted through the form in transit and at rest.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your submitted information at any time by emailing us at davemac2200@gmail.com.
