The terms below apply to any text messages you receive from HomeBuyingDFW.com. You will only receive SMS messages if you separately opted in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our Get My Buyer Plan form. SMS consent is never required to receive the buyer plan or any other service from us.
Program details

- Message frequency: Varies, typically fewer than 8 messages per month. Frequency may increase briefly while you are actively touring homes.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us to immediately and permanently unsubscribe from the SMS program. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts. There is no cost to opt out. You can also opt out by emailing privacy@homebuyingdfw.com; we will process your request within one business day.

Supported carriers
AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile USA, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile USA, and other U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile information you provide will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in and any associated data will not be shared with third parties.
Voice / AI calling program terms
If you separately opted in to voice calls on our form, calls may be placed by a human caller or by an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial / pre-recorded voice (an AI calling assistant), pursuant to your prior express written consent under 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200. Voice calls follow the same opt-out mechanism — reply STOP to any SMS or email privacy@homebuyingdfw.com. Voice consent is never required to receive any service from us.
Consent record retention
For each form submission we retain a record of the consent disclosure version shown, the affirmative action you took (which checkboxes were checked), the IP address, the browser user-agent, the URL the consent was captured on, and a timestamp. We retain these records for four (4) years to satisfy the Telephone Consumer Protection Act's statute of limitations.
